Al Hogan Named President of the American Concrete Pipe Association

The American Concrete Pipe Association (ACPA) has named Al Hogan, P.E., its new President. Al was promoted from Vice President of Field Operations after serving as interim President for five months.

John V. Rainero, P.E., Permatile’s Vice President of Construction and Engineering and 2026-27 Chairman of the Board of the ACPA, said of the appointment, “We look for Al to guide us into the next chapter of the American Concrete Pipe Association and, when the time comes, help transition to new leadership. I could not think of a better advocate nor a harder worker for our industry to take the helm of the association.”
