The American Concrete Pipe Association (ACPA) has named Al Hogan, P.E., its new President. Al was promoted from Vice President of Field Operations after serving as interim President for five months.

Concrete Pipe Week takes place September 20–26 this year, bringing attention to the concrete pipe industry and the people who design, manufacture, and install the products used in infrastructure projects across the country. Permatile is proud to take part again this year as a longtime member of the American Concrete Pipe Association.

It is with heavy hearts that we share the passing of our founder, Charles Joseph “Charlie Joe” Rainero. He passed away peacefully on Sunday, August 9, 2026, surrounded by family. He was 88.
